1. Product Availability
- Products featured on our website are subject to limited stock availability.
- Due to manual inventory updates, real-time stock status may not always be accurate.
- If an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you within 1 business day and process a refund (if prepaid) as per our Refund Policy.
2. Order Policy
- Orders are confirmed within 1 business day after placement.
- BestFindsBD.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock discrepancies or pricing errors.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled (for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid transactions).
3. Pricing Policy
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Prices may differ between online and physical stores due to promotions.
- In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Inside Dhaka:
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
- Product Inspection: Customers must verify color, size, quality, and quantity upon delivery. No complaints will be accepted afterward.
- Returns/Exchanges:
- Free return if the product is unused and returned immediately upon delivery.
- If the customer requests an exchange without any fault from BestFindsBD, delivery charges will apply.
Outside Dhaka:
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Fee:
- Tk 130 for standard delivery (may vary based on weight/location).
- Home delivery at the Thana level; in some cases, customers may need to collect from the courier point.
- Returns/Exchanges: Same as Dhaka policy.
5. Quality & Color Accuracy
- We ensure high-quality products, with a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or photography differences.
7. Customer Support

- During high traffic (e.g., sales campaigns), contact us via Facebook Page/Group for faster responses.
- We are not liable for service disruptions due to power outages, internet issues, or technical failures.
8. Fraud Prevention
- Never share personal payment details (Bkash, Card No., etc.) on social media.
- Always verify payments via our official merchant number or call center.
- BestFindsBD is not responsible for fraud due to unauthorized transactions.
